Written by Aurora Dental & Implant Clinic | Sep 13, 2023 8:57:35 AM

As we have now moved away from March into April, we very much welcome Spring.

With the clocks now forward, we have lighter and longer evenings to appreciate.

We hope you enjoy the read!

A full week of consultations filled with lovely patients both old and new, the Aurora Invisalign® event was a huge success!

It was a pleasure to discuss how we can transform smiles with Invisalign® treatment. Most patients were eager to take advantage of the fantastic savings on offer!

If you didn't get the chance of a FREE consultation, don't worry, due to high demand we are hosting another Invisalign® open event

Monday 15th - Saturday 20th of May!

Make sure to get in contact at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

With all the Easter eggs leftover, have a look at some of Aurora's top tips for this sweet month!

TIP #1 - Drink Water
We recommend simply having a glass of water which cleanses your mouth after eating something sweet. Plain water helps the saliva do the job of neutralising the pH of the mouth.

TIP #2 - Eat your chocolate all in one go!
Yes you heard correct, grazing on sweet treats throughout the day can damage your teeth. The acids produced by sugars attack the tooth's enamel. With teeth it's not how much sugar you eat in one go, it's how often.

TIP #3 - Brushing
Maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice a day with a fluoride  toothpaste. However wait a minimum of 30 minutes after eating chocolate before brushing.

TIP #4 - Go to the dark side!
Swap your usual Easter treats for dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) Dark chocolate contains less sugar than milk or white chocolate, causing less damage to your teeth.

We are proud to announce that Dental Nurse's Alex and Emma have both passed their

Accredited Intravenous Sedation Courses!

This qualification allows them both to safely assist the dentist in providing patients with sedation for their dental treatment.

Sedation helps nervous patients feel calm, relaxed and at ease during dental treatment. If you would like to find out more about sedation please feel free to contact one of our team.

New to the Aurora team is our Digital Marketing Apprentice Ella!

Ella has settled in very quickly. She is creative and passionate about designing, along with making Aurora a fun and friendly environment.

In her spare time she loves walking her dog Arlo.
Spending time with family & friends and heading to the golf course.

We can't wait to see Ella's journey with us at Aurora Dental!

Congratulations Sam

For becoming CQC Registered Manager at Aurora Dental Devizes!

We are all proud of you!
